hello..
Seems that the Sentosa trip was not cancelled after all..
Hasyim,Azam,Syed and I went there yesterday but changes were made when we reached...
Guess wat..
The four of us alight at harbourfront bus interchange and we were welcomed by a damn long queue at the bus terminal...
The queue was stretched all the way beyond the carpark and its turning around till the bridge...
guess hw long is tat..
Wat pissed me off is that bout 70% or more of the ppl queuing are bangladeshi/indians..
So we tried our luck on the monorail..Thinking tat these ppl arent aware of that service..
But we had no luck in tat either..
The queue was turning round and round exceeding the automatic exit door..
Wtf..
So we went all the way down to juz walk in to Sentosa but the road was closed for pedestrians due to ongoing construction..
How unlucky can we be??...
Even taxis do not want to get in there coz of the jamm..

So we hitch a cab to East Coast Park..
was not as bad..
But its still packed with tents and many others who is still pitching them...
Found a good spot next to hot chicks..
Ehem2,i mean a tree..As the weather is kinda hot..
Haha..
So we had our share of black pepper hotdogs made by azam and dip ourselves in the salty seawater few mins after..

We made a pyramid model out of sands using our own bare hands...
N it was the nicest and biggest "sandcastle" ive ever build..
Or rather sandpyramid..
haha..
It stood as tall as our knees..Beautifully decorated with canals that we dig..
The entrance was also very nice..
lol..
the only problem is tat no one had a decent digital camera..
All we had was the 'old-skul' film camera..
Where we had to develop the negatives before the pic is produced..
Hahhaha...

So we swam till bout 8pm i guess before we cleaned up and headed to eat..
N that was the most suckiest meal i ever had for 2008 so far..
Ordered kway teow goreng basah but all i get was purely kway teow goreng..
Not even basah..Ok nvm..
N the quantity was damn pathetic..
I finished it in bout 3 mins??..
Not onli that,hasyim bought some home only to realise tat it was not properly cooked and there was no beef or watsoever..
Purely juz the noodle..
N guess wat...It was an Indian food stall..
Maybe now u get a better idea to why the service sucks...
:)

So tats hw the day is spent for CNY day 1..
Nw for day 2...
Went JB with the same members..

N its the first time i've ever tried a deer meat burger..
it was nice..
N had this very gd taste which is hard to describe..
Haa..
So we toured the mall and checked out the shops there..
Well,shirts,jeans and shoes are on sale..
Quite cheap but had not much cash..
So forget it..
Lol..
basically its very relaxing to lepak there..
Juz sitting arnd talking while puffing..
Hhaa...
reached singapore arnd 10pm...
Haha..
So tats hw i spent my 2 days CNY holiday..
